About Jasmine Dailida
Executive Director

Jasmine Dailida brings over a decade of experience in special education, school leadership, and program development to her role as Executive Director of Coral Reef Academy. Her career spans early childhood through middle school, including teaching students with emotional and behavioral needs, supporting gifted and twice-exceptional learners, and leading multi-site programs centered on individualized, strengths-based instruction.
Prior to joining Coral Reef Academy, Jasmine held director-level roles at early childhood education centers, and served as Founding Director of a gifted-focused early childhood program built on play-based curriculum. She began her career teaching 4th grade at a school known
for its whole-child approach to community development, an experience that shaped her belief that serving a child means supporting the whole family and community around them.
Jasmine holds a master’s degree in Childhood Education, a bachelor’s degree in Education, and a certificate in School Management and Leadership.
As both an educator and the parent of a twice exceptional child, Jasmine brings professional expertise and lived experience to supporting students with diverse learning needs. She relocated with her family to St. Croix and is honored to lead the Coral Reef Academy community.
