About Our Methods

The school’s education and treatment approach is based on Evidence-based practices, including the Treatment and Education of Autistic and Communication related handicap Children  (TEACHH) model.  This is an evidence-based academic program that is based on the idea that individuals with autism are visual learners, so teachers must correspondingly adapt their teaching style and intervention strategies. When both of these strategies are utilized students have the best opportunity to be successful.
